FAQS

I’m Here for You

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT FROM MY FIRST SESSION?

While each session is completely unique and will have a slight variant each time you can rest assured that nothing will come up that you are not ready to face.  Brian will make you feel safe, relaxed, and heard.  The first couple sessions are usually the heaviest as we are starting to unravel a lifetime of experiences and thought patterns. With that said, many express that their first sessions were one the most spiritual or profound experiences of their lives.

DO YOU HELP TREAT TERMINAL OR CHRONIC ILLNESS?

Everyone is welcome to experience both Reiki and Breathwork with just a few exceptions.

Breathwork is not always suitable for those with heart conditions and certain trimesters of pregnancy.  If pregnant please contact before making an appointment so we can make sure it will work for both parties.

Reiki cannot be performed on anyone who does not consent to it or for anyone who has recently broken a bone as it can accelerate the healing before the bone has been put into the proper place. Reiki often complements traditional healing practices and can be used in conjunction with other treatments such as chemotherapy, dialysis, etc.

With this all being said none of our treatments are substitutes for medical care and you should always consult your doctor if you have questions in regards to anything health related.

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY FIRST CONSCIOUS BREATHWORK SESSION?

  • Do not eat a large meal 3-4 hours before your session

  • Come with a child-like curiosity, an open-mind not attached to any outcomes- trust, relax, and surrender to the experience knowing you are so safe

  • Wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing if possible

  • Bring a yoga mat, eye cover, blanket, water bottle, and pillow

  • Be extra mindful of consuming any mind-altering substances beforehand including coffee and alcohol beforehand as it is strongly not recommended

  • Optional: Bring a journal to write down any insights and/or for integration for the experience

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY FIRST REIKI TREATMENT?

  • Before arriving take some time to think about what you want from the session, what would benefit you the most

  • Come with a child-like curiosity, an open-mind not attached to any outcomes- trust, relax, and surrender to the experience knowing you are so safe

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I DO REIKI OR CONSCIOUS BREATHWORK?

Conscious Breathwork can be done up to once a week if desired, anything more than that you may shorting yourself from integrating the experience. There are exceptions such as Breathwork retreats, but your whole focus and attention is on healing in a supportive environment. Two times a month is a good pace allowing for maximum integration while keeping your practice consistent to make big changes in your life.

Reiki can be done everyday if one desires and it is impossible to give the body too much Reiki.  Those with chronic or serious conditions may benefit from daily practice until their conditions clears.  For others once or twice a month is ideal.

DO EITHER REIKI OR CONSCIOUS BREATHWORK INVOLVE RELIGIOUS AFFILIATIONS OR GO AGAINST ANY ORGANIZED RELIGIONS?

While both experiences can be spiritual in no way are they tied to any organized religions, groups, or ideas.  It is available to all humans of any creed, color, ideals, or beliefs who wish to partake
